About Us

Foh San was established in 1971 as a Dim Sum Restaurant. We produce Dim Sum and manufacture Mooncakes. From humble beginnings, we now have more than a hundred employees, consisting of Management, Marketing and Production.

Our business philosophy is in establishing long term relationships with all our customers. To achieve that, we set absolute standards in our mooncakes as well as our highest priorty to customer service. 

The idea of building our own factory was part of a programme of improving our manufacturing processes, productivity and cleaniness. We have a range of advance machineries imported from Japan to help us do that.

In fact our new factory is fully air-conditioned and well equipped - with good ventilation. It is planned in such a way that entire manufacturing process passes from one department to another, freely and efficiently. p

Ipoh Foh San Restaurant has just won the "PREMIS MAKANAN TERBAIK" 2011, in conjunction with the celebration of "Hari Inovasi" Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh on 1st to 3rd November 2011.

Come with your family or friends for breakfast or lunch this coming long weekend to experience and taste the dim sum varieties (yes we have over hundreds of items varieties). With two floor space spanning a total of 8400 square feet, there is enough room for all. There is also a VIP room on the third floor available for booking for those who want instant access.

The award was presented to our GM, Mr Shum Pak Kong by Datuk Bandar Ipoh, Dato' Haji Roshidi Bin Haji Hashim. award
